Montana Governor’s May 19 directive related to Covid.  The utilities have voluntarily stopped shutoffs but the official blanket moratorium on utility shutoffs ended in MT back on May 25 but was extended for “members of a vulnerable population.”  There are some requirements for the individual and utilities to follow to implement this.
